Employee training

Training is the key to the future of our company and our industry. Our commitment to training has lead KTD Facades to be the first in the UK to enroll apprentices in the NVQ in Lightweight Steel Framing at Acton College.

Our staff and operatives are qualified in various disciplines, Ladders to Learn, CSCS, NVQ, AAT, SSTS, SMSTS are made accessible and encouraged by the company. Training sectors are dependent on the employee’s role and we continue to promote development of all KTD employees.

To develop with new technologies and legislations KTD Facades continue to monitor opportunities for training in through construction skills and manufacturers for installation, basic language, management, accountancy, first aid and design. We commit to the CITB levy and fully utilise the training opportunities promoted by it.
